My kittens are ready to go to their new homes from 13 weeks old. This allows them time to be fully weaned, properly socialised, and confident before joining their new families.

🐈‍⬛What care do the kittens receive before leaving for their new homes?

Before leaving for their new homes, kittens are fully vaccinated, microchipped, undergo at least two health checks from a veterinarian and receive flea and worm treatment.

Yes, Beast of Dartmoor Maine Coons are fully registered and licensed for peace of mind.

🐾 Registered breeder with The International Cat Association (TICA), and all kittens come with official ownership transfer documentation.

🐾 Licensed by West Devon Borough Council (Licence Number: WDAL0072), meaning we meet strict local authority standards for animal welfare, housing, cleanliness, and breeding practices.

This ensures our kittens are raised responsibly, ethically, and to recognised standards.

🐈‍⬛How are your kittens socialised before they leave your cattery?

Beast of Dartmoor's kittens are well socialised and accustomed to everyday noises. Also, they have interactions with other cats as well as young children helps them adapt more easily to their new homes and environments.

🐈‍⬛Are the parents of the kittens tested for genetic diseases?

Yes. All my breeding cats are DNA tested for common Maine Coon genetic conditions, including:
