What care do the kittens receive before leaving for their new homes?
Before leaving for their new homes, kittens are fully vaccinated, microchipped, undergo at least two health checks from a veterinarian and receive flea and worm treatment.
What is included when I adopt a kitten from Beast of Dartmoor?
When you adopt a kitten from me, they will come with TICA transfer of ownership document, 5 generation pedigree, food, toys and a blanket that smells of siblings and mum. Additionally you'll also receive a sale agreement and a feeding guide to ensure a smooth transition for your new feline friend. Moreover, I'm committed to providing lifetime support for our adopters, offering assistance and guidance whenever needed throughout your kitten's life journey
How are your kittens socialised before they leave your cattery?
Beast of Dartmoor's kittens are well socialised and accustomed to everyday noises. Also, they have interactions with other cats as well as young children helps them adapt more easily to their new homes and environments.
Are the parents of the kittens tested for genetic diseases?
Yes, all my breeding cats are DNA tested for HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), PK-Def (Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency), and PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease)
